Located on the beautiful Mediterranean coast of Spain, Costa Dorada has several beaches, as you would expect, and even the status of the Blue Flag for some of them shows that they are of high quality. The Costa Dorada region is a great area to take kids to, as there are a number of themed parks that will keep them occupied all day for several days. Try the Port Aventura theme park in Salou, which borders Costa Brava and Costa Dorada, or go to the fantastic Aqualeon Park, where you can get free bus service from Salou. Here you can explore the habitat of many animals, the safari-style because it is a safari park and a water park combined into one.
